My chart is out of control and I dont like it. Maybe its just the lack of things Ive been doing that is changing it. ?????
I feel fine. No symptoms so I can only imagine this cycle will be a negative as well. Easier to think that way anyhow. :)
Acu lady says it could take up to 3 months for the herbs to be affective anyway. Im just going to be patient. (so I say)
