They are filled with cinnamon this is for sure with only my first dose. You can taste it through the capsule shell.
My temps seem to be all over the place. ???? I opted out of the P cream and going with only Chinese herbs this cycle since what I have been doing is not working. Ill see the acu lady on the 2nd of September again. :)
I did feel those ovary type pains today too. They are terribly uncomfortable.
I have a bangin headache today. Lots of things to do at home and errands to run so will check in later.
By the way........ NO pg symptoms as of yet. :)
My bladder was in overdrive today however. I was a pee-a-holic!
