I knew I should be inseming but I didnt and it felt horrible. Ick!!
My temp spiked today so thats all she wrote there!! :)
I leave on Tuesday so we are looking forward to that.
Dr Ying Yang loved my current chart so that was encouraging. Im still not O-ing on time but Ive only taken that herb for a couple weeks so of course not huh?
Sigh....
