CD4

Well on to month 10. :)

Menstrual longer and extremely heavier so this is good and my herbie folks will be delighted. :) Very red, obvious uterine shedding and little cramps. In fact they started on CD3 rather than 1. Amazing.

Started Mayan massage techniques on CD2 and will continue to O. Im also "follie farming" until O.

I see herbs on Dec 4th due to the holidays.

I better get to the chinese place for capsules cuz I will run out of them by the 4th. Note to self. lol. :)

Im baking cookies for the holidays this year so I better get busy. :)
