I felt nauseaus upon waking however I got a slightly different vitamin and started it yesterday which could be the problem. Same brand but my old one had vegan guard and this on does not. Old one brown this one green. ????
Temp up 2/10th's. My chart looks beautiful which is exciting cuz before it was so crazy. Im hoping the herbs are doing that and evening things out. This is the end of my 2nd month on them. :)
No other symptoms to report.
Im watching my cervix to be mushy again like last month but so far it feels normal. :)
Serious acidic tum today. Comes up and I fight to put it back down. Yuck!!
